Excellent experience!
We had been searching for this particular bedroom set for a long time. We visited the Howell store and the staff was not overbearing at all. There was no pressure in store while shopping, as experienced in other furniture stores. The associate in store, Terry, provided us with the best price we had seen. We agreed to purchase the set and paid for it in store on a Thursday afternoon. Come Saturday, I went on their website and saw that they had a special 10% off promotion, resulting in an overall better price for the furniture set. I contacted Terry to see what could be done and he was extremely understand. He subsequently honored the online price and refunded me the difference. The furniture arrived in timely fashion and I was provided updates all along the way. The furniture was assembled professionally in no time. I would definitely deal with this store again as I had an overall exceptional experience. Special thanks to Terry and the rest of the staff, including the delivery service. Thanks!
